Attendees of the 2025 WCS will have the opportunity to participate in plenary sessions, specialised streams, workshops and executive summits that will tackle topics including technology, innovation, security, customs, cargo operations and sustainability.

Keynote speakers from local government, airline senior leaders and industry experts will set the tone for the conference, focusing on this year’s theme of ‘Innovate, Elevate, Accelerate’.
As with previous years, day two of the conference will offer in-depth focus sessions on digitalisation, sustainability, and safety & security.
Day three of the WCS will include e-commerce and ULD forums and the Closing Plenary.
This is the largest annual air cargo annual event for the industry and IATA anticipates that high-level delegates from airlines, cargo operators, airports, freight forwards, shippers and regulators from across the cargo value chain will attend the conference and exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Center.
