The vaccine task force will be led by Casper Pan (pictured), head of healthcare Asia Pacific, “who has been part of Volga-Dnepr Group for a long time, possesses the unique knowledge and is experienced in pharma logistics”.

Meanwhile, the global healthcare team will be led by healthcare director Yulia Celetaria, who had previously worked at AirBridgeCargo Airlines since 2005.

Consisting of “regional experts with in-depth market knowledge”, the global healthcare team will work closely with stakeholders, including pharma manufacturers, freight forwarders, road feeder providers, ground handling agents and last-mile delivery companies, to ensure the smooth and safe movement of pharma goods on the group’s scheduled and charter flights .

Celetaria commented: “We have aligned our organisational chart to embrace various levels of operational processing – sales, procurement and operations.

“This enables us to meet the customers’ needs and provide 360-degree coverage of the situation, which sometimes changes at a sky-rocket pace.

“With our qualified and experienced team members who possess the right combination of hard and soft skills and are devoted to lifelong learning, we are able to meet the logistics challenges of yesterday, today and tomorrow.”
