The UPS Foundation delivered nearly 100,000 lbs (45 tonnes) of American Red Cross relief supplies to help more than 50,000 residents of the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) affected by Typhoon Soudelor and Tropical Storm Goni.
According to the American Red Cross, Typhoon Soudelor is the most destructive storm to have struck the Northern Mariana Islands in the last 30 years and has affected thousands of residents in the region.
