Dnata acquired Aviapartner's handling operations at Amsterdam, HNA Group agreed to fork out a cool Sfr2.73bn for Swissport and Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) – itself the object of a takeover by an equity fund – bought a 51% stake in Fraport Cargo Services at Frankfurt.
