Saudia Cargo has entered into a three-year agreement with management consultancy Gallup to develop employee performance and improve retention of staff.
Part of the carrier’s Strategy 2020 initiative, which aims to turn the Saudi Arabia into a major global logistics platform in line with the country’s Vision 2030, the agreement will involve studying employee trends and performance levels.
Saudia Cargo chief executive Omar Talal Hariri (pictured) explained: “The agreement aims to create and implement clear strategy and vision to increase the company’s client base and launch an internal programme speeding up the implementation of the transformation strategy and creating a conducive environment that enhances a culture of sharing.
“Gallup will provide consultations to executive officers and directors of departments to help them achieve and surpass the expectations of clients,” he added.
