Rock-It Global, the provider of time-critical freight forwarding and logistics services for the live event, entertainment, sports, and broadcast industries, has acquired customs broker Dell Will to drive growth in the motorsports sector.
Founded in 2000, Dell Will specialises in providing customs clearance services for motorsports, automotive manufacturing, and other customers with complex, time-critical needs.
Commenting on the acquisition, Daniel Rosenthal, president and chief executive at Rock-it Global, said: “Bolstering our customs brokerage service offering not only strengthens our capabilities on the US-Canada border, but also further enhances our value proposition and expands the end-to-end solutions we can offer our motorsports customers.
“The acquisition of Dell Will builds on our strategy of expanding our presence in the high-growth sports and motorsports industries and our commitment to provide door-to-door solutions for customers with challenging international requirements,” he added.
Founder and vice president of motorsports customs brokerage Marty Bloch will continue to lead Dell Will following the acquisition.
“We have worked closely with Rock-it Global as a supplier for years and joining the team to support Rock-it Global’s efforts in motorsports is an exciting step for us,” he said. “Our extensive history working together to serve the same end customers has solidified our cultural and operational alignment and confirmed that we share the same passion for providing exceptional service.
“We are confident this partnership will further enable us to expand our client base while continuing to deliver top-notch service to our customers,” Bloch concluded.
