ULD management firm Jettainer has appointed Stefanie Pauly to the newly created role of chief information and technology officer as it looks to ramp up its use of technology.

Pauly has more than 10 years of experience in managing IT projects and process optimisation in the air cargo industry and will be responsible for Jettainer’s innovation strategy.

Prior to joining Jettainer, she held various positions at Lufthansa Cargo, where she managed digitalisation, process optimisation and innovation development projects.

She will work with Jettainer’s IT team to develop and refine innovations to optimise processes and improve service quality. A particular focus will be on customer-centric software development.
