PAKISTAN has again suspended flights at Karachi airport after a fierce gun battle was reported close to the country's busiest air hub, a day after militants stormed one of its terminals.

The BBC and Bloomberg, quoting local media, report that gunmen have attacked a training camp used by airport security forces. It is not clear if there are any casualties.

Flights at Jinnah International Airport in Karachi had resumed operations following Sunday night’s terrorist attack that resulted in the deaths of at least 28 people, including all 10 attackers.
