Italian airline ITA Airways has extended its ULD management contract with Jettainer, under which the latter provides a customised fleet of more than 4,000 containers and pallets.
ITA serves a growing network that spans destinations in Europe, Africa, the Americas and Asia from its hub in Rome Fiumicino airport and Milan’s Linate airport. Its partnership with Jettainer supports the airline’s ongoing growth.

Jettainer is a wholly owned subsidiary of Germany's Lufthansa Cargo. In May, Lufthansa signed an agreement to acquire 41% of ITA.
ITA Airways was formed when former flag-carrier Alitalia ceased operations in 2021.
