Georgi Group has introduced HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) fuel as an option for all its transport services.

The Georgi Group said it is offering HVO100 fuel instead of conventional diesel fuel on all its transportation services as part of its sustainability strategy.

HVO100 is a renewable diesel fuel produced from sustainable sources like used vegetable oils.

Unlike conventional diesel fuel, HVO100 has no CO2 emissions and "additionally emits significantly less harmful particles", explained Georgi Group.

HVO100 fuelling is possible for almost all of its over 400 vehicles.

"This initiative outlines Georgi Group's commitment to environmentally friendly practices and its willingness to take a leading role in promoting sustainable solutions in the transportation sector," added Georgi Group.
