Delta Cargo has restored some of its online booking capabilities after technical issues earlier in the week but spot market and third-party bookings remain unavailable.
The Atlanta-headquartered airline yesterday reported technical issues with automated bookings, including those on deltacargo.com.
By 11am local time the ability to make online bookings for tariff and contract rates on its website had been restored.
However, the ability to make online bookings for real-time spot rates on deltacargo.com remained unavailable.
Additionally, all online bookings on third-party platforms and via API connections currently remain unavailable.
"For assistance with bookings or rates, please contact your Delta Cargo sales representative or the Delta Cargo Customer Service Center," the carrier said.
"Thank you for your patience as teams work diligently to resolve the issue. We are committed to offering a reliable service. We will provide updates as needed on deltacargo.com."
The airline launched dynamic pricing on its website in 2022.
It has also placed its capacity on the WebCargo third-party booking platform since 2020 and recently extended the partnership to include the carrier’s global network out of the US as well as its DASH Heavy for urgent individual shipments for the US domestic market and general freight and express heavy products for US exports.
