CEVA Logistics has renewed its contract with Borr Drilling. The new contract is valid until the end of August 2020.
CEVA offers freight management and contract logistics services for both air and ocean shipments. Its energy industry competencies include oil and gas, mining, EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), and renewal energy.
CEVA and Borr Drilling have been collaborating since Borr was established in 2016. The global scope of CEVA’s Rig Hub logistics concept located in Houston, Aberdeen, Amsterdam, Singapore and Dubai combined with its global operational governance have been the key differentiator for Borr Drilling in the extension of the contract.
Marcelo Franceschetti, executive vice president, global energy sector, at CEVA Logistics, commented: "There were a number of key highlights to this contract retention including CEVA's overall value proposition, our consistency in managing Borr Drilling's operational needs and our ability to react and support during emergencies and out of hours.
