CEVA Logistics has opened its new headquarters for South America in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

It is the supply chain operator’s fourth ‘Center of Logistics Excellence’, joining Jacksonville (US), Singapore and Ashby de la Zouch (UK).

The new headquarters, CEVA’s first in South America, are located in the Thera Corporate office complex in the coveted Vila Olimpia region of São Paulo, and will bring together operational and back-office functions under one roof.

Richard Vieites, EVP South America, said: "This is an important strategic step for CEVA in the region as we consolidate our presence and prepare for continued growth. Being able to fully integrate all back office and operational functions enables us to continue supporting the needs of all our customers.”

The inauguration ceremony was attended by senior executives at CEVA including Xavier Urban, chief executive, as well as local and regional executives from CEVA’s South American cluster.
