The second Frankfurt Air Cargo Innovation Lab will take place on September 26-27, 2017 at Frankfurt Airport. Places are still available to book.
Following on from the spectacular success of last year's launch event, leading figures in the airfreight industry, prestigious representatives from transport logistics and innovative start-ups, industry experts and newcomers will again discuss business models of the future.
In cooperation with Germany's DVZ publication and Air Cargo News, the airport operator Fraport invites guests to its event, which celebrated its premiere last year.
Innovative, informative and interactive: international pioneers and visionaries active in the airfreight industry will gather in one place to discuss the latest industry trends at the lab, which features a circular stage to encourage full engagement from the audience.
Both this event’s subject matter as well as its setup are bound to be very promising in terms of setting trends. Participants can engage in intensive exchange about innovation strategies and best practices during brainstorming sessions, workshops, hands-on talks and a networking dinner.
In the plenum, conversation topics are condensed: a small group holds discussions in the inner circle of the stage, while the remaining participants can either observe the debate from outside the circle or actively participate themselves.
The two-day event is moderated by the managing director of Air Cargo News, Andy Salter, and the editor-in-chief of the DVV Media Group, Tim-Oliver Frische. The conference will be conducted in English.

To coincide with the air cargo innovation lab, Frankfurt airport operating company Fraport has launched a new dedicated innovation website: www.innoFRAtor.com.
The aim of the new website is to provide an information platform for the industry and other interested members of the public on the latest innovation topics from the areas of aviation, transport and logistics.
