Aerospace logistics provider B&H Worldwide has appointed Gillian Haythornthwaite to the position of non-executive director; human resources (HR).
Haythornthwaite is a senior HR professional with over 30 years’ experience working at executive and board level.
She runs an independent HR consultancy business specialising in supporting companies to up-skill their HR teams, meet ethical compliance requirements, target and track objectives and develop performance appraisal schemes.
She has previously worked with the B&H Worldwide team on specific projects for a number of years and will now be focussed on performance management and corporate culture strategy.
Chief executive Stuart Allen said: “Gillian’s extensive HR experience is exactly what we require as we embark on the next stage of B&H Worldwide’s international growth plan.
