Awery Aviation Software has won its fourth IATA ONE Record Hackathon in a row, this year for its digital solution PHP:ONE, designed to enable seamless data exchange for air cargo stakeholders.

During the Hackathon, participants spent 28 hours coding and developing solutions, with Awery creating an Open Source ONE Record server that functions as a Universal Cargo Hub, standardising data from mixed sources.

PHP:ONE supports both ONE Record API integration and traditional Cargo-IMP messaging, ensuring that all stakeholders can benefit from a single source of truth data, said Awery.

“Our goal was to provide an industry-standard, open-source solution that facilitates and speeds up the adoption of ONE Record standard for data sharing,” said Vitaly Smilianets, founder and chief executive at Awery.

“We built PHP:ONE to act as a bridge, allowing all industry players to integrate seamlessly, regardless of their technical maturity.”

The solution can convert all major cargo messages into ONE Record format, facilitating industry-wide communication.

This latest ONE Record Hackathon was hosted in Dublin, Ireland, and kickstarted IATA’s World Data Symposium 2025.

This win follows Awery’s previous hackathon successes: in Istanbul, for Flight Care; in Frankfurt, for CargoTracking.aero; and in Doha, for Qpay.aero.
