My Freighter and Aeromexico have entered into an interline partnership to expand cargo access and connectivity between Mexico and Central Asia.
In place since 1 April, the interline partnership grants My Freighter access to Mexico City (MEX), Guadalajara (GDL), and Monterrey (MTY), said the Uzbekistan-based airline in a LinkedIn post.
Meanwhile, AeroMexico gains access to Tashkent (TAS) and My Freighter’s RFS trucking network across Central Asia.
"As part of our shared vision to establish a modern Silk Road, this collaboration marks a major milestone in global cargo logistics,” said My Freighter.
"With AeroMexico’s extensive network and fleet of 8x B787-8s and 14x B787-9 Dreamliners, and My Freighter’s growing fleet of 7x B767-300BCFs plus a newly added B757-200F, we are unlocking new routes and greater efficiency for our customers around the world.”
My Freighter added that it is "open to new collaborations and partnerships”.
In August last year, My Freighter and American Airlines began an interline partnership to allow both carriers access to each other’s cargo network via North America, the EU and Central Asia.
According to Planespotters, My Freighter’s fleet now includes seven cargo aircraft. There are six Boeing 767-300 passenger to freighter (P2F) aircraft, the last of which was delivered in December.
The airline also added a Boeing 757-200P2F in March.
My Freighter provides cargo air charter services in Uzbekistan and the central Asian region. The airline’s specialist air cargo verticals include dangerous goods, perishables and brokerage and certification.
In addition to cargo flights, the airline offers passenger flights. Cargo flights are operated under ‘My Freighter Cargo Airlines’, whilst passenger flights are operated under ‘Centrum Air’.
