Air France-KLM Cargo has renewed its road feeder service contract with Jan de Rijk Logistics for trucking services in Scandinavia.

Jan de Rijk Logistics will connect AF-KLM’s Amsterdam hub with airline stations within Denmark and Sweden, and will operate daily less than truck (LTL) overnight services in both directions.

Robert Kleppers, senior sales executive air cargo at the ground logistics operator, said: “Jan de Rijk Logistics is also TAPA TSR1 and IATA CEIV Pharma Handling certified, so we can offer any kind of service that will make Air France-KLM Cargo’s cargo proposition for the region even more compelling.”

Jan de Rijk offers daily LTL services between the Netherlands and Scandinavia for several industries and has recently increased its services for the Scandinavian perishable and industrial market.

Jan de Rijk Logistics, based in the Netherlands, operates a fleet of 1,000 vehicles across Europe and also offers warehousing services, retail distribution and patient home deliveries.
