Air cargo management group Aero Africa has joined the Global Logistics Summit Network (GLSN).
"Aero Africa is now supporting Senegal, Gabon, Eritrea, Equatorial Guinea, Congo-Brazzaville, Chad, Central African Republic, Cameroon, Burundi, Botswana, Cape Verde & DR Congo inside the GLSN forwarding network," said GLSN in a press release on July 31.
According to its website, Aero Africa was founded in 2016 in Hong Kong by a group of air cargo entrepreneurs with experience and knowledge in the global aviation/airfreight industry.
In 2018, it opened a South Africa office and within five years it had established an African footprint with own offices and sub-agents at over 50 countries, and its own control tower offices in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
As a neutral air cargo solutions provider, BSA consolidator and GSA/CSA for airlines, the group has launched all cargo and widebodied scheduled airfreight services to and from over 80 hard to reach airports in the African continent.
